If running your business feels a little messy and harder to manage than it should, let’s talk.
Because it doesn’t have to be this way.
I’d love to connect and hear more about how your business has grown, what’s feeling a little unclear or difficult right now, and the projects and ideas you’ve been meaning to tackle but haven’t quite had the time or bandwidth to bring to life.
We can talk through what’s on your plate, where you could use some support, and what might make the biggest difference for your business right now.
Use the form below to reach out to me. I’ll respond back with next steps within 2-3 business days.

it was clear she really cared about taking the time to understand the vision for my business.”

Hi, I’m Jen!
JOHNSON CITY TN MARKETING AND OPERATIONS EXPERT
I started offering marketing and operational support for growing businesses because I believe the business you build should support the life you want to live – not make it harder to enjoy it.
As your business grows, there’s always going to be more to manage: more projects, more decisions, more people, more moving pieces.
And when you’re the one holding all of it together, it can be hard to step away and enjoy what you worked so hard to build.
I created The Happy Mondays Project to help change that.
I help growing business owners bring structure to the behind-the-scenes, make their marketing work more effectively for them, and finally get those important “someday” projects into motion.
Because when your business is working the way it should, Monday doesn’t have to be something you dread — it can be something you look forward to.
frequently asked questions
Questions about hiring a fractional marketer or how we can work together?
Here’s what I’m asked most frequently — and the information you need to decide if working together is the right fit.
-
I help family-focused businesses with the pieces that tend to get harder to manage as the business grows: marketing strategy, internal operations and project management, and brand and web design.
That might mean creating a marketing strategy you can actually follow, getting your behind-the-scenes systems and workflows into shape, or bringing the vision you have for your brand and website to life.
-
No, you don’t need to have it all figured out before you come to me.
It’s absolutely enough to reach out if you know something isn’t working, there’s a project you’ve been putting off, or you have a lot of ideas floating around but no idea where to start.
Part of my job is helping you make sense of what’s going on, figure out what actually needs to happen, and turn it into a clear plan you can move forward with.
-
That’s OK! I can help with anything related to marketing, your website, your internal operations, and project management.
All of these elements don’t exist in separate boxes. When one part of your business changes, the others often need to catch up, too.
-
Well, it depends on where you need the most support right now…and I can help you figure that out!
When you reach out to me, we’ll talk about what’s going on in your business, what you’re trying to accomplish, and where things feel stuck or messy. From there, I can help you determine what kind of support would be the most useful.
-
Of course! We can start with the area that needs attention most right now and expand our work together as your needs change. The goal is to give you the support that makes sense for your business, not add services just for the sake of adding them.
-
Both! This is something we can determine during our initial conversation about working together. I have clients on retainer and I also complete one-off projects.
-
Usually, you already have a pretty good idea.
You might have a project that’s been sitting on your list for months that you keep wanting to get to, but can’t. Maybe your business has grown, but the way you’re marketing it, presenting it, or running it hasn’t quite caught up and you aren’t sure how to fix it.
If you’re spending more time figuring out how to run the business yourself than doing the work you actually love, it might be time to get some support.
-
Bringing on the right support shouldn’t overwhelm you! You don’t need another person giving you a giant homework assignment and a 47-step plan to tackle.
My role is to take things off your plate, not add to it.
I’ll ask the questions I need to ask, get clear on what’s happening, and take ownership of the pieces we’ve agreed I’ll handle. You’ll still be involved where your input matters, but you won’t have to manage me every step of the way.
-
There’s nothing wrong with working with an agency. It really comes down to the kind of support you’re looking for.
With The Happy Mondays Project, you work directly with me from start to finish. You’re not coordinating with an account manager, explaining your business to multiple people, or trying to make sure everyone working on one project understands the bigger picture.
I also bring a mix of marketing strategy, project management, operations, and brand + web experience to the table. That means I can look at how the pieces of your business fit together, rather than only focusing on one small part of the problem.
Think of me as your go-to partner for the things you know need to happen but don’t have the time, expertise, or bandwidth to figure out and manage yourself.
You bring me the messy stuff. I’ll help make sense of it, make a plan, and make it happen.
-
No, I work with clients all over the U.S. and worldwide.
growth consultant for family-focused businesses in East Tennessee and beyond
If you’ve been wondering what you should be doing to market your business instead of actually doing it, let’s have a conversation.
Because spending hours researching strategies, comparing platforms, and second-guessing your next move isn’t what’s going to move your business forward.
Tell me what you’re trying to accomplish, where you’re getting stuck, and what’s been sitting on your list for far too long and we’ll figure out what needs to happen next, together.
